How AI Your Sites Tools handles information.

Last updated: 12 August 2026

Who operates this service

AI Your Sites Tools is operated by Media Sauce Solutions Limited. For questions about this policy, requests concerning your personal information, or a request to disconnect an integration, contact carl@mediasauce.co.uk.

Information we handle

Depending on the features an authorised organisation chooses to use, the service may handle:

  • Account information, such as a user's name, email address, role and authorised client or website access.
  • Client, website, brand, content, task, approval and operational records entered into the workspace.
  • Technical website information gathered during explicitly started or scheduled checks, including URLs, page metadata, response information and content fingerprints.
  • Usage, model, token, cost and audit records needed to operate budgets, security controls and accountability features.
  • Credentials for approved integrations. Integration secrets are stored encrypted and are not displayed again after saving.
  • Read-only Google Search Console data described separately below.

Google user data

When an authorised website administrator chooses to connect Google Search Console, the service requests the read-only Search Console permission. It may access:

  • The Search Console properties available to the approved Google account and the account's permission level for those properties.
  • Clicks, impressions, click-through rate and average position for the selected property.
  • Search queries and page performance needed for the reporting features visible in the workspace.

The data is used only to provide search-performance and reporting features for the selected client website and environment. It is not used for advertising, credit decisions, surveillance or sale to data brokers. AI Your Sites Tools does not receive or store the user's Google password and does not modify Search Console or the connected website.

The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Why we use information

We use information to provide the workspace requested by the relevant organisation; enforce access, safety and spending limits; perform approved website and content operations; keep audit and version histories; diagnose failures; protect the service; and meet legal obligations. We do not use client data to train a public AI model.

AI processing

Where an authorised user requests an AI-assisted feature, only the selected website's relevant context is sent to the configured AI provider. Deterministic checks and Search Console reporting do not require AI. AI-generated content remains subject to review and approval before external use.

Service providers and sharing

We use contracted service providers to host and operate the service, including infrastructure, database, authentication, workflow and approved AI or integration providers. They process information only as needed to provide their services. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect the service or its users, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal or Google user data.

Storage, security and international processing

We use HTTPS in transit, role-based access, tenant separation, row-level database security, encrypted credential storage and audit records. Information may be processed in countries where our service providers operate. Where required, appropriate contractual and legal safeguards are used for international transfers.

Retention and deletion

We retain account and operational information for as long as it is needed to provide the service, maintain required audit records and meet legal obligations. Authorised administrators may request that an integration be disconnected and its stored credentials removed. Organisations may request export or deletion of eligible information by contacting us. Some records may be retained where necessary for security, accounting, dispute resolution or legal compliance.

Cookies

The workspace uses essential authentication and security cookies to keep authorised users signed in and protect their sessions. We do not use those cookies for third-party behavioural advertising.

Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or export personal information, or object to certain processing. You may withdraw Google access through your Google Account permissions and ask us to remove the associated integration data. Contact us at carl@mediasauce.co.uk. You may also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our data practices materially change. If a change affects how connected Google data is used, users will be informed and asked to provide renewed consent where required before the new use begins.
